We ship exclusively via DHL Worldwide Expressand UPS to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

Shipping Time:

Express: 1–2 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from order date (processing + shipping).

Customers are responsible for ordering early. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Order Finality

All orders are final once placed.

Customers have up to 1 hour after purchase to request minor shipping detail corrections (such as typos in the street name or unit number). Address changes must be requested immediately by contacting us.

After the 1-hour window:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled

Shipping addresses cannot be changed

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, including delivery scans or signature confirmation, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Missing packages after delivery

Incorrect signatures

Carrier errors after delivery

Tampering or theft at the delivery location

Any issues after delivery must be handled directly with DHL or UPS.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for orders marked as delivered.

Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery will be disputed with proof of delivery and signature confirmation.
Filing a chargeback after delivery may be considered fraudulent and may result in legal recovery actions.

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed and sourced directly from donors. Because it is completely natural, it should be cared for as you would your own hair.

• Wash hair prior to installation to remove factory residue

• Use sulfate-free shampoo to prevent dryness

• Deep condition weekly to maintain softness and elasticity

• Detangle gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb

• Apply lightweight leave-in conditioner for moisture

• Avoid heavy oils and greasy products that cause buildup

• Allow hair to air dry when possible

• Always apply heat protectant before styling with hot tools

• Store hair in a satin or silk bag when not in use

With proper care, raw hair can last 2–3+ years and improve with continued maintenance.

Virgin Hair Care

Virgin hair is lightly processed for color and texture consistency while maintaining quality, softness, and longevity.

• Wash hair before installation

• Use gentle or sulfate-free shampoo

• Condition regularly to maintain shine and smoothness

• Detangle carefully to minimize shedding

• Use lightweight oils or serums as needed for moisture

• Limit excessive heat styling

• Wrap hair nightly with silk or satin to preserve quality

With proper care, virgin hair can last 1–2+ years.
